Saudi Arabia has announced that it will perform the Hajj this year with full arrangements for the health and safety of pilgrims.

The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah said in a statement on Sunday that the operational matters and details of the Hajj would be announced later.

According to the Saudi news agency SPA, the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has said that Hajj will be performed this year.

 There will be complete arrangements for the health and safety of the visitors. Hajj can be performed in a safe environment with all facilities and conveniences.

The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah says that Saudi health institutions are constantly reviewing the measures to ensure the health of the pilgrims.

According to the SPA, the Ministry of Hajj pointed out that the details of the operational matters of Hajj this year would be announced later.

On Saturday, Deputy Minister of Hajj, Dr. Abdul Fattah bin Sulaiman Mushat, had said that the state welcomes internal and external Umrah pilgrims as long as they abide by the rules of health through Etemarna and Tawakalna application.
